Ambassador Dragan Vladisavljević presented his credentials

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Azerbaijan Dragan Vladisavljević presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, thereby officially assuming his duty.

The appointment and arrival of a new ambassador reaffirm clear determination of the Republic of Serbia to cultivate friendship and strategic partnership of the two states.

Vladisavljević conveyed to President Aliyev sincere regards from President Vucic and his invitation to visit Serbia officially.
According to Ambassador Vladisavljević, the Republic of Serbia continues its policy of friendship and strongly supports territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Ambassador used the opportunity to express his readiness to work on further strengthening of political and economic relations between the two states.

After presenting his credentials, Vladisavljević and his diplomatic staff laid a wreath at Heydar Aliyev memorial and a flower bouquet at the grave of his spouse Zarifa Aliyeva, thereby honouring everything that Heydar Aliyev had done for his country, its prosperity and the future of his people.
